She was predeceased by: her husband James V. Welsch, Sr.; and her brothers, Walt Bayne (Margaret), Samuel Bayne and Joseph Bayne. She is survived by: her children, James Vincent Welsch, Jr. (June), Patricia Bozman (Jay) and Sharon Kimmel (Mike); her grandchildren, Carin, Lisa, Michele, James, III, Jay, Jill and Hannah Lee; her great grandchildren, Meghan, Taylor, Lindsey, Jenna, Joseph, Dylan, Carolina, Grant, Mason, Casey, Piper, Leland, Lucas, Jr. and Aiden; her siblings, Dale Bayne (Lois), Alfred Bayne (Marlene), Ella Proctor (late Jim) and Janet Davis (Bill Walsh); and her sister-in-law Fran Bayne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
