She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Hlavin, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Justin Hlavin; her stepchildren, Lynn Meyers and Joseph Hlavin, III; and her sibling-in-law Pat Turner. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
