He is survived by: his wife Eileen Koenigsberg; his daughters, Nina Levy (Jason) and Sarah Valenziano (Miles Widstrom); his brother Dr. Edward Koenigsberg; and his grandchildren, Max Widstrom, Charlotte Widstrom, Temper Levy and Livia Widstrom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
