He is survived by: his wife Linda Franklin; his children, Scott Franklin (Jennifer) and Stacey Elder (Bob); his grandchildren, Allie, Olivia Franklin, Peyton and Garrett Elder; and his sister Ann Ewig (Thomas). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
