She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond E. Forsythe, Sr.; her children, Raymond E. Forsythe, Jr. (Kim), Tammy L. Forsythe and Sandy L. Forsythe; and her grandchildren, Blane, Aaron and Samantha.
