He is survived by: his children, Barbara C. Blake (Stephen Verch), Mary Blake Crocetti (Brian) and James R. Blake (Tonya); his grandchildren, Miranda Coomes (Nate), Austin Blake, Emily Gross, Taylor Carter (Jesse) and Carly Meye; and his great grandchildren, Tessa Carter and Ariella Carter.
