He was predeceased by: his wife Carol B. Miller; his son Robert "Rob" A. Miller, Jr.; and his siblings, Henry "Hank" Miller, Mary Helen Lane, Edward H. Miller and Jackie Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Carol Byers (Bradley) and Anne Callahan (John); and his siblings, Doris and S. M.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes, MD 21082).
