He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Kulis and W. Carrie Kulis; and his wife H. Louise Kulis. He is survived by: his sister Mary DiStefano; his sons, Mark W. Kulis (Janice) and Michael S. Kulis (Brina); his grandchildren, Marissa Ann, Jozef Cary and Sarah Elisabeth; and his niece Lisa DiStefano.
