He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard B. Phelps, III and Irene M. Phelps; his siblings, Mark A. Phelps (Mollie), Danielle M. Phelps and Jack A. Phelps (Sophie); and his nieces and nephews, Rielee, Carrolline, Grady, Luther, Hollis and Beau Phelps.
