He is survived by: his son Philip Johnston, Jr. (Jacklyn); his stepchildren, Courtney White and Sax White; his grandchildren, Sarah Morgan, Rebecca Johnston, Ezra Johnston, Elli Johnston, Meagan Pfeifer, Jessica Eaton, Tiffany Reiner, Molly White and Emily White; his great grandchildren, Dustyn, Natalie, Maverick, Angelina, Finn, Katerina, Alex, Tova, Kieran and Adeline; and his sister Linda Betz.
