He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Pape (Mary V. Pape); his daughter JoAnna Bliss West (Garrett); his siblings, Sharon Ann Gaffney, Connie D. Tilley, Clement E. Pape, Jr. and Edward T. Pape; his grandchildren, Grayden Paul and Hadley Bliss; and his friend Bill Pennington.
