She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Warnekow; her daughter Linda Frame; her siblings, Abraham Kotelchuck, Max Kotelchuck, Dorothy Ostrofsky and Joseph Kotelchuck; and her parents, Sarah Kotelchuck and David Kotelchuck.

She is survived by: her daughter Judith Holton (William); her son-in-law Mike Frame; and her sister-in-law Janet Kotelchuck. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
