He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramachandra Reddy and Narasamma Reddy; and his siblings, Linga, Pulla and Mohan Reddy.
He is survived by: his spouse Shamantha Reddy; his children, Meera (Prakash), Rupa (Suresh) and Yamuna (Uttam); his grandchildren, Lakshmi, Arun, Amit, Pooja, Ramachandra, Bhavya and Shravya; his great grandchildren, Radha, Rana and Yurraj; and his siblings, Sudharshan and Madhusan Reddy.
