He was predeceased by: his father Charles Skladanek. He is survived by: his mother Florence Skladanek; his wife Martha Skladanek; and his siblings, Ann Skladanek, Charles Skladanek and Susan Kille (Robert). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.
