Margaret Seoane Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020, Margaret Seoane (Towson, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Seoane, Jr.; her parents, William F. Cecil and Elizabeth Cecil; and her brother William Cecil. She is survived by: her children, Lisa S. Fazio (Dominic), Peter J. Seoane (Laura) and Mary Claire Finnegan (Robert); her grandchildren, Josh, Tommy, Sara, Sean and Nick; and her siblings, Ann Adamski, Tisa Deforge, Thomas Cecil, Elizabeth Wagner and Amanda Hawkins.
