He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Supik and Regina Supik; and his brothers, Charles and Mark Supik. He is survived by: his siblings, Albert Supik (Pat), Dennis Supik (Tricia), Sharon Payne (Ray), Andrew Supik (Jayne) and Mary Pat Stovall (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Paul, Bridget, Amy, Carrie, Kristin, Scott, Dalton, Matthew, Beth and Jesse; and his sister-in-law Mary Supik.
