He was predeceased by: his parents, Selina Maxcy Wolf and Fred Wolf. He is survived by: his wife JoLynn Tiralla Chadwick; his daughters, Tracey Chadwick Pilone (Dan), McClellan Chadwick Francis (Dan) and Elizabeth Chadwick Blight (Garrettson); his grandchildren, Vinny, Nick Pilone, Allegra, Ramsey, Max Francis, Caleb, Carter and Connor Blight; and his siblings, Anne Vallotton and Sterling Chadwick (Diane).
