He is survived by: his children, Maria Elena Garcia Lopez (Cuba) of Matanzas and José Luis Garcia of Towson; his grandchildren, José Antonio Hernandez (Cuba) of Matanzas and Margaret Noelia Garcia of Parkville; his brother Jesus Garcia of Miami, FL.; and his caregivers, Roxana and Saida. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
