He is survived by: his wife Carment Evelyn; his daughters, Diana Andrews (Robert) and Christine DeLuca; his grandchildren, Michael and Chris Raitzyk; and his great grandchildren, Jake and Rebekah. He is also survived by nephew and two nieces.

Due to gathering size limits, social distancing and masks are required at the funeral home and cemetery.

John also enjoyed and was an ardent golfer participating in many of the charity golfing events.
