He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Gwyther. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Marie Gwyther; his children, Madeleine Gwyther and Liam Gwyther; his mother Ann Nicholson; his mother-in-law Claudia Beresh; and his brothers, Gary Gwyther, Simon Gwyther, Tyler Gwyther and Mason Gwyther. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Jason may be directed to support the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
