He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Sentz; his children, Laura Marie Carotenuto (Damon), Melanie Lynn Sentz (Jeff) and Brian Christopher Sentz; his grandchildren, Maia Ann Carotenuto and Jonah David Carotenuto; his sibling Jean Patricia Sentz; and his nephew Kevin Scott Johnson.
