He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Ann Beales (Steven) and Mark Edward Otto (Patty); his nieces and nephews, Paul, Christy, Emily, Bridget, Mark and Jayme; his great-uncle James; and his aunt Carolyn Crane. He is also survived by other loving cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Jim's name to Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church, 208 South Broadway, Baltimore MD, 21231.
