He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Levendusky; and his brother Gerald Levendusky (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Mark Levendusky (Marcie), Nancy Fleury (Gerard), Michael Levendusky (Jenny) and Edmund Levendusky (Denise); and his brother Butch. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
