He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes McKay Zimmerman and Edward Henry Zimmerman; and his brother Edward Henry Zimmerman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Lockett Perkinson (Virginia); and his children, Anne Zimmerman Morgan (Walter) and J. Wickham Zimmerman (Allison).
