He is survived by: his significant other Gary Harn; his children, Valerie Dale (Jack) and Jon G. Moore, Sr. (Patti); his grandchildren, Carrie Reinhardt (Ed), Nicholas Hertges, Jon G. Moore, Jr. (Kolbee) and Katharine Moore; and his great grandchildren, Ava Reinhardt, Eddie Reinhardt, Sophia Moore and Baby Moore.
