He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Jenkins; his sons, Hugh Vern Jenkins, III (Sandy) and Mark Jenkins (Jackie); his grandchildren, Ashley Jenkins (Michael McKay), Caitlin Jenkins, Amber Cavey (Tyler) and Matthew Jenkins; his great grandchild Madison McKay; and his siblings, Betty Levasseur, Morris Jenkins, Larry Jenkins, Ginger Lauman and Craig Jenkins. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
