He was predeceased by: his spouse Maybelle; his son Kevin Kam; and his brothers, Thomas and Richard. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey H. Kam (Sandra) and Cynthia M. Everitt (Stephen); his grandchildren, Samantha, Christopher, Stephanie, Kaelyn, Courteney and Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Callie, Jameson and Leonitus; and his sister Janice.
