She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander J. Gretes; and her brother Alexander. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Gretes (Eileen) and John A. Gretes (Diana); her granddaughter Helen Giles (Richard); her great grandchildren, Alec and Catherine Giles; and her brothers, James and Louis Vlangas. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.
