He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marie Stines, Helen Blevins, Kenneth Blevins and Mildred "Tootsie" Payne. He is survived by: his wife Dawn L. Blevins; and his pets, Opal and Brutus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
