We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2024, Harry Plato Pappas (Towson, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry G. Pappas and Kalliope H. Pappas; and his siblings, Helen Thomas, George H. Pappas and Alexander H. Pappas.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Z. Pappas; his children, Jason P. Pappas and Maia A. Newton (Daniel); and his grandsons, Luke, Eric Pappas, David and Marcus Newton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Harry's memory to the Hellenic Heritage Museum of Maryland (HHMM), 25 W. Preston St., Balto., MD 21201.
