He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Beam, Sr. (Lee); and his parents, George E. Beam, Sr. and Ada Jane Beam. He is survived by: his wife Mary H. Beam; his siblings, Vicki Cymek (Douglas) and Sam Beam (Annette); his mother-in-law Thelma Horpel (late Reynolds J.); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Lehneis (Nils), Anne Conrad (Bruce) and Irene DeRenzo (late Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association, Gilchrist Hospice Center or Sheppard Pratt Hospital.
