He was predeceased by: his parents, Rossie Fugate and Evie Lena Warren; his wife Phyllis Warren; his son Garland Warren II (Gary); and his siblings, Rossie F. Warren (Christine) and Evie Leigh Smith (Percy).
He is survived by: his close friend Mel Beluscak; his children, Cheryl Barrows (Kevin), Mary Sinclair (William) and Terrance Warren (Kathy); his daughter-in-law Robin Warren; and his grandchildren, Pop Pop, Benjamin Smith, Jacqueline Brannan, Thomas Barrows and Samantha Warren. He is also survived by great-grandfather.
