She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bloom and Shirley Bloom (Tokarsky); her husband Barney Epstein; and her children, Sarah Alpert (Sharron) and Scott Alpert.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Alpert (Laura Nelson) of California; and her stepdaughters, Bobbie Margolis of Michigan and Marge Gordon of New Jersey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
