She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Costanza; and her grandson Taylor Allen Strickland. She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Ellen Harris and Toni Strickland (Tim); and her stepchildren, Michael A. Costanza, Judith Mann (Lou), Timothy Costanza, Michele Jeffcoat (Jim), Mark Costanza, Mary Lynn Elsmo (Leif) and Laura Costanza.

The family strongly requests and encourages any visitors to wear a mask.
