He was predeceased by: his brother Barry L. Peres; and his parents, Anne Peres and Harry Peres. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Peres (Alexandra) and Daniel Peres; his grandsons, Jacob Peres, William Peres, Oscar Peres, Julian Peres and Sam Peres; and his stepgrandchildren, Flynn Goldfaden, Max Goldfaden and Gus Goldfaden.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery (4300 N Rogers Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215). A reception was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Michael's Cafe (2119 York Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
