He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia "Patty" Howachyn; and his brothers, John "Bob" Robert Moxley and Jerome "Jerry" Richard Moxley. He is survived by: his wife Julia A. Moxley; and his sons, Michael "Mike" Moxley (Joann), James "Jim" Moxley and William "Bill" Moxley (Margaret). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
