He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Janet Marshall and C. Robert Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marshall; his sons, Sean R. Marshall, Patrick J. Marshall (Kelly) and Timothy D. Marshall (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Luke Marshall, Connor, Brigid and Keiran Marshall; his brother Stephen E. Marshall (Meg); and his close friend Dave.

In lieu of flowers, the Marshall family requests that donations be made to Calvert Hall College.
