He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Mary Phillips; his children, Timothy Phillips and Heidi Barth (Todd); his granddaughter Patricia Elizabeth Barth; his brother-in-law Edward Jingluski (Diane); his nephews, Bob Phillips, Jeff Phillips and John Jingluski; and his niece Janet Baedke.
