He was predeceased by: his son David Cragg Ickrath (Marie Cragg Ickrath). He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Ickrath Gage (Robert); his grandson Mason; and his siblings, Sally Ickrath Kealy, Susan Ickrath Shaw and Robert Ickrath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
