He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Peggy" Abell Lacey of Hollywood, MD; his wife Eunice "Martha" Lacey; his sons, Jeffrey Allen Lacey of Leonardtown, MD and Alex Daniel Lacey of Towson, MD; his stepson Josue David Dubon of Towson; and his sister Debbie Dean (Dale) of Mechanicsville, MD. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
