He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis B. Sizemore and Alice Smith Sizemore; his wife Evelyn Surface Sizemore; and his siblings, Jack, Sam, Melvin Sizemore, Sue Lee and Ellen Panashy.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette; his son-in-law Delando Anderson of Indianland, SC; his daughter Nanette; his son-in-law Walt Marchant of Timonium, MD; his son Bernard R. Sizemore II (Bernie); his daughter-in-law Carol Sizemore of Loudon, TN; his grandchildren, Ross, Kate, Max Marchant, Dakota Anderson, Emma and Ezra Wingard; and his sister Sarah Johnson of Princeton.
