He is survived by: his wife Anne Palazzi; his children, Christopher Palazzi (Chelsea), Laura Davis (Mark) and Michael Palazzi (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Joseph, Anna and Sarah; and his brother Paul Palazzi (Deborah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
