It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Powley (Toddville, Maryland), who passed away on August 25, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Darius G. Todd; her daughter Donna Crouch; her siblings, Reita Powley (Edgar), Wyona Mills (Hobart), Edna Windsor (Carlton), Carroll Todd (Gloria), Omar W. Todd and Reginald Powley; and her brothers-in-law, Roberta Jones (Ogle), Elizabeth Ritter (Paul), MaryAnn Crandell (Monroe), Ruby Bloodsworth (Brooksie), Watson Powley (Frances), Tommie Powley (Carrie) and John Windsor.
She is survived by: her parent Lydia Meredith Todd; her spouse Frederick D. Powley; her grandchildren, Mallorie McCune (Eldon) of Colorado Springs, CO and Colin Crouch of Laurel, MD; her son-in-law Pastor Gary L. Crouch (Madeline) of Toddville, MD; her nieces and nephews, Carlye Windsor (Shirley) of Trappe, MD, Judy Martin (Bill) of Sioux Falls, SD, Mary Price (Tim) of Berlin, MD, Martha Pfieffer (Steve) of Ocean Pines, MD, Michaelle Berthoin (Claude) of Ormond Beach, FL, David Todd of Ocean City, MD, Clint Martin (Tammy), Stuart Martin (Buffy), Laura Slowey (Daniel), Mead Windsor, Todd Windsor, Claudia Berthoin, Christopher Price, Matthew Price, Jonathan Price, Zachary Farnan, Joshua Farnan, Haley Todd and Jeffery Todd; and her sisters-in-law, Etta Lee Powley and June Todd.
