Windsor, Jr.; her wife Shirley of Trappe; her grandchildren, Clint Martin (Tammy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Stuart Martin (Buffy) of Rapid City, SD, Carlton M. Windsor, III of Trappe, MD and Carroll Todd Windsor (Roxanne) of Cambridge, MD.; her sister Emma T. Powley; and her sister-in-law June R. Todd of Ocean City.
