With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Marie Tolley (Timonium, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde A. Tolley; and her parents, Joseph F. Caskey and Helen Caskey. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Tolley (Tyler Deitz) and Susan Tolley; her goddaughter Alora Knife; her siblings, Kathy Geiman (Bernie), Annie McComiskey (Billy), Joseph Caskey, Jr., Gerard Caskey and Cecilia Laurent (Barry); her aunt Jean; her uncle Paul Arnold; and her pet Dozer. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, dear friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Nativity (20 E Ridgely Rd, Timonium, MD 21093).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to The Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care (BARCS) and The Kennedy Krieger Institute.
