He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Roe Sr. and Margaret Sinclair Roe; his wife Dorothy "Jane" Harrison; and his son-in-law Sam Fairbank. He is survived by: his family Easter; his daughters, Donna Fairbank of Tilghman and Lori Daisey (Terry) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Stasia Nelson (James), Justin Daisey (Stacy), Ashley Mister, Hunter Daisey and Jordin Fairbank; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Nelson, Chanler Daisey, Allie Daisey, Nova Nelson and Aynslee Daisey.
