“I remember Walter like it was yesterday although I have not been in touch with him since we graduated from Duke University in 1969. We were college roommates there. He was unique, an individualist, someone you don't forget, and I bet he continued on his own uniquely special path through life - he was that kind of person. Unfortunately I lost contact with him after college. I would love to have touched base with him later in life to see how life had turned out for him. Too late now.”
