With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joi Patricia Miller of Tilghman, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Troy; her daughter Nicole Sadler (Kent) of Sherwood, MD; her granddaughters, Kylie and Quinn; her father Kemp Baynard of Bozman, MD; her siblings, Suzanne Roe (Chuckie), Bobby Baynard (Brenda), Jimmy Baynard (Cindy), Blair Cowan (Scott), Trisha Baynard and Kemp Baynard, Jr. (Heather); and her uncle Donny Campbell (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
