With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyne H. Garner of Tilghman, Maryland, who passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyne H. Garner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Boss" Harrison and Hilda Harrison; her brother Marion "Skip" Harrison; her brother-in-law Donald "Bull" Howeth; and her granddaughters, Rebecca Garner and Shelby Stinchcomb.
She is survived by: her sisters, Kay Howeth and Malia Anderson (John); her children, Gordon "Mac" Stinchcomb (Julie), Ronda K Stinchcomb (Chuck) and Holly A Moscone (Michael); her stepson Brent Garner (Lynn); her grandchildren, April Loughry (Bobby), Nichole Hopkins, Jessica Basel (Tony), Kendal Scharch, Ronnie Scharch (Lauren), Charlie and Danny Moscone; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Samantha Basel, Raelyn, Tyhj Hopkins and Grady Loughry. She is also survived by six nieces, six nephews and many grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Talbot Human Society or the United Methodist Church of Tilghman Island.
