He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kay Hoff and Eddie Horman; his wife Darlene; his children, Heather Heier (Chris) of Thurmont, MD, Katie Harrell (Daniel) of Williamsport, MD and Randy Horman, Jr. (Rebecca) of Knoxville, MD; his grandchildren, Lori Heier, Dennis Pittinger, Jr. (Annastasia Mortenson), Dewey Pittinger, Austin Hipkins, Kailer Harrell, Mason Hipkins, Kamren McConnell, Landon Hipkins, Natalie Harrell, Jocelyn Horman and Aurora Horman; his stepparents, Fay Horman of Sebring, FL and Bob Hoff of Prescott Valley, AZ.; his sisters, Tammy Frank (Bob) of Knoxville, TN and Lisa Collins (Larry) of Keymar, MD; his daughter Samantha Nicole Horman; his grandparents, Lilly, Ernest Reaver, Grace and Walt Horman; and his pet Brandy.
Covid protocols will be in place.
